Life changing – Path to enlightenment
4 – 5.30 pm Sundays
2025 Path to Enlightenment classes resume on Sunday 8 March focusing on Understanding Karma.

One of the special qualities of path to enlightenment texts is that the focus is primarily practical rather than theoretical.
Each subject includes an explanation of how to cultivate meditation to deepen our understanding of it. The practice of the path to enlightenment is life changing.
